About the Job

As a MIG/MAG and Aluminium TIG Welder, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welding work on aluminium components and structures. Using MIG/MAG and Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding methods, you will ensure precision and a high-standard finish that meets customer specifications and requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing materials, including cleaning, grinding, and inspecting aluminium parts.
  • Performing MIG/MAG and TIG welding tasks on thin-walled 3 mm aluminium sheets.
  • Working according to technical drawings and specifications.
  • Inspecting weld seams for quality and accuracy and making necessary corrections.
  • Adhering to safety guidelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborating with colleagues in a team of welders and production staff.
  • Maintaining welding equipment and tools to ensure quality and safety.
  • Identifying deviations in materials or processes and reporting them to the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a TIG welder, preferably with aluminium.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and work independently.
  • TIG welding certifications are a plus.
  • Precision and attention to detail in the welding process.
  • Knowledge and experience with various aluminium alloys.
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures in a welding environment.
